I suspect, though could be wrong, they mean "new" to the sale, not necessarily new to the marketplace.

I can't seem to figure out how this sale works. I see nothing at 60% off, it's always showing full price, so I thought maybe it was reflected in the cart so I tried that too, nothing. It also mentiones a Clock under the price of each item. There is no clock.

It's the same for me too. I think it's broken cause it's definitely not working!

Did you look at the Best selling of 2018 sale? $4.00 of 60% of $4.50. Lol, the prices are wrong on the sale page but they are listed correctly on the product page. What is listed as the full price on the sale page is the sale price without prime.
