Subject: downloads stops because of too slow speed ?

hello, I have bought with the order number 113268161 some backgrounds of Sveva. Unfortunately, I do not get a file downloaded. Each download stops after about 6 MB, stops and then stops with the message "error inadmissible". The capacity of Rero should actually be designed so that each buyer can download his files properly. I can not just sit at my PC and try to download a file countless times. Kind regards

You can delete this thread. It was an problem with our Router Firmware Update. Now all works again. Thanks.
