How long shud indexing run? Been 1/2 hr already

4.45pm and still indexing.....

How bit is your runtime?
AND is this the first time you've launched it?

When I changed over computers about two years ago I had soooo many models it took a very long time to index the first time I used Poser. I probably have twice as much now. I do not look forward to the indexing period when I get a new system in March.

I'll bet not!!
the first time I loaded Poser Pro 2014 the indexing took so long I opened a trouble ticket with SM!! His advice was just to wait it out.
Oddly enough, It wasn't an issue when I transferred data to my new machine a month or more ago... But I didn't install Poser, I just copied the whole mess over and entered the Serial number on the first use. I also use a large number of external runtimes, that I had to remap....
Maybe that will work for you!

Runtime is 174GB.......Wow..no wonder why it took forever..Yes on new comp
