Subject: Product File Extraction/Placement Question for Files w/o Any Designation

After some experimenting, I think I'm good when it comes to installing products from here for Daz. However, the product Country Fresh for Genesis 3 & 8 Females, https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/country-fresh-for-genesis-3-and-genesis-8-females/125354/ has a 3rd zip file named "RPCountryFreshTemplates_219331" which contains 5 bitmap images(one for each of the wearable pieces), and each are approx. between 11-27kb in size. I'm at a loss as to where these files get placed because the zip file only has the 5 files and no sub-files to indicate where they are suppose to go in "My Library". I'm guessing that they are thumbnail icons to be displayed within Daz for my content, but like I said, I don't know where they need to be placed. I also double checked the ReadMe and do not see any .bmp image files listed in the file architecture.

Those are template files for texture add-on creation. So for other vendors. ๐Ÿ˜„ If you do not want to make textures, you don't even need that file. it can be store anywhere on your computer, and then opened in any graphics program to create textures for products. Not needed for general installation. ๐Ÿ˜„

I usually stick them in a folder named templates so I can find them if I want to create other textures but as jen said, they have nothing to do with the functioning of the product. You do not need to install them at all. Template files will usually contain the word "Templates" as this one did, or "UV" which means the same thing. A UV map is a template.

Thank you, that is good to know! I'll just leave it in the zip file and back it up with everything else in case I need it later. Most of the stuff I'll probably end up deleting off of this system anyway since I'm just checking to see that I install it correctly & that it works. I'm running out of room on this system & will be getting a new one with more storage & rendering power.
