She's adorable...my fingers are tingling :)
Beautiful work! There are many gorgeous custom characters on this thread. Nice to see such variety with La Femme! I'm having a lot of fun doing promos for her stuff.

Here is the latest Ulrika head morph. Still not happy with it, though closing in. The idea is to produce a base that can be used for future character production. The face injection will be a free download. I haven't used any HD morphs on her head which should help. My feelings so far: It is certainly possible to create reasonable face shapes, although we haven't seen anything approaching G8 or V4 standards yet. Should get close. I'm not happy morphing in low res, it is very easy to create errors, and you have to be very gentle with movements. Still, that would be the same for anyone working with G8. Shame you can't import HD morphs. You can create HD morphs with the clone brush, but that is pretty basic. Lets hope they update it. Love the eye movement dials which add an extra level of realism, though its annoying to have to constantly uncross her eyes.
Expressions - they are tricky. Ulrika is so far away from the base figure that the included expressions do not work. The face chips are great, but stay away from large movements - less is more. It is impossible to get precise control. I think the best solution will be using tailored morph poses which you can dial in and mix with other expressions.

To KarinaKiev and others : thank you for your advices I currently never intended to create character as some kind of merchant stuff ... only my own pleasure and EXPERIMENTATION !
What I like most is using Poser models within VUE Infinite (unfortunately, Vue doesn't support Poser mesh subdivision or loses its animation if using inner subdivision) Here is a recent example with my 2 "La Femme" girls.
Next step for me will be dynamic clothes and hair, with animation
Anyway, I find this model very interesting and with some personnality!
I like Maya too.
Dynamic clothes seem to work for me better with La Femme than with any other figure I've tried before. I did use dynamic clothes before, but often needed to calculate the simulation very often until I've got the look that I was going for. This is a Karanta cloth for Project E, made wearable for La Femme with the Prefitter.

Looking forward for more contents like more clothings, costumes, shoes and boots, hairs and what not. This La Femme 1 (LF1) is full of potentials and possibilities waiting to be explored and exploited.
Also I would like to ask content creators for LF, when creating textures for a character set, please do including mat pose sets for older versions of Poser, those that are non-SSS materials based mat poses, if you can please, thanks.

I want...
If I had a nickle for ever time a woman told me to get lost, I could buy Manhattan.
She's very cute Divabug. As far as the grass skirt goes, have you considered making it dynamic, as that might just give you the look you're hoping for?

Thank you :)
This is the skirt I used...it was never intended to be a grass skirt, but it was all I had so I was trying to make it work for this purpose. I might eventually do this skirt as a dynamic one since I can't get the rigging right but right now I have this lovely girl to finish and a bunch of outfits I bought to do texture sets for but I keep getting distracted by forums and facebook LOL
Ahhh, well that skirt looks like it could work in the Cloth Room.

I could do with some shoes for her ...
If you have already purchased the prefitter and the morph injection, many thanks for that.
I found it work fine for boots, but have you tried to apply this to normal shoes?
Of course you may need to keep more visible representation of the foot than you need with boots. You may need to do some morph-brushing or magnet work to improve the fit. I left that use out of the description because it requires this little more work and own input.
Your best chances are to:
1 - if necessary use a morph to shape LaFemme's foot to a 'tiptoe' shape it has in a shoe with heels.
2- Use the 'global' deformer tools (scale, translate, magnets) to make the shoes to size. The advantage of those tools is they do not make local changes so the general appearance of the shoes does not change. Local changes tend to make shoes look 'worn'.
3 - use the morph brush to shape LaFemme foot to match 'hard' parts of the shoe.
4- use morph brush to make flexible parts of the shoes (straps etc.) match the skin.
For anyone interested:
Last December I have made the face texture transformer available here in Rendo freestuff. as a proof of concept. I have explicitly left the right to use it and develop it under Creative Commons license. Same had been available as a $0.00 item on Content Paradise since July 2018.
At the time I concluded the method worked reasonably well for transforming V4 and M4 face textures into PE face textures but that although the method could work for full body textures, the difference between the figures in 'cut' of the skin was too large to accommodate with the simple method.
For LaFemme the skin cut looks a lot more like V4's than PE's skin cut does, so chances that you can use the method to make passable conversion morphs of V4 textures into LaFemme textures are a lot better than they are for PE.
I have no time to work this out in the foreseeable future, but the example is there free for whosoever wants to build his or her own product on it.
Check out https://sway.office.com/KwuNb20ciEQbMvJM?ref=Link&loc=play for more information.
I want to thank all the La Femme crew for this! This is exactly what I was hoping for during years. You've literally made me return to Poser (I'm not even kidding, I reinstalled it to test this figure, I'm loving her, and now I'm going through past wips and products to see what I can bend to become hers!)
I love that she's beautiful out of the box. I love that she's Poser-only, that makes it so that we can use and abuse Poser's features without worrying if it will be compatible with other programs. I love her expressions, her posing, her gentle default face. A beautiful work creating her!

Slowly I keep changing the figure , but I've reached a point that I'm reasonably happy with the morph. I think Ulrika's nearing launch status, Who wants to take her out for a spin ? I could do with a few Beta testers.
This is a nice character qaz

I'd be interested, she looks good.
OK, I guess that this site has PM capability ? What I can do is provide a link to dropbox so you can download. I do need feed back. Things that need fixing, possible improvements that I can fix. This is meant to be a base and not a character, so she is meant to have average features. I may be a while, as I've spotted more problems and have yet to sort out the face injection thingy. Cheers.
More than likely Rokket, but she looks good in any case.

The idea came from something I posted on Facebook. I said something to the effect, "What if we are all just the dream of some other life form? And one day he just wakes up."

Starting to create an Alita Battle Angel. I have a long way to go. Too bad this is as large as I can get her eyes with the morphs I have. I don't know how to create morphs, so I can't do my own.
Impressive. Is it a Superfly render or Firefly render?

Superfly. I haven't rendered with Firefly since I upgraded to PP11

This was back when Mannequins stalked the Earth... Wet Suit by Anthony Appleyard-who used to make clothing for Posette. It's gotten really hard to find this clothing these days.
This forum needs a 'like' button. That's a pretty stark contrast between the models.

The morphs included with my Body Kit have already had them done where necessary (any morph that moves any joint center in any way has had it done). HOWEVER ... for some reason the shorten morph flakes out now and then and I have to figure out why.
And yes, you have to SPAWN a full body morph. It's easier to match centers to morph that way, and also easier to create the injection pose. But PLEASE take note. Gabe's Femme Fatale morphs ARE NOT merchant resources, so they should be excluded from baking. Also don't include any morphs that you did not create yourself which are NOT designated as merchant resources.
The morphs furnished with La Femme and my Body Kit morphs ARE merchant resources. It's OK to include those.
