Hello Yarp
Thank you for sharing your picks and I agree with all your picks but would add one that in the last year has been a great channel for learning new techniques and skills and that is CG Masters they have some great free as well as some in depth paid courses that are well worth the investments. Will also add this name BlenderZen he does many Architectural Design types of tutorials free on YouTube and paid and his paid ones you can usually pick up on Udemy for $10 when on sale and I have completed 4 of them and they all taught me allot

I am confident that you will find them very useful as many of the ones on your list are already part of my go to resources for info and learning.

Another I've found quite compelling is Wayward Art Company: a bit more advanced but the presenter has a nice pace and the results astound.
Not sure you're aware, but CgCookie have over 700 videos - yes, seven with 2 naughts next to it - on YouTube, totally free! that for those who aren't about to chuck caution to the winds and dive headlong into 2.8 provide an enormous resource for Blender fundamentals, albeit usually presented in slightly older versions.

I have noticed that CG Cookie has made much of their older content totally available for free on YouTube and many are still very useful today

I haven't been to CG Cookie in a while, so I think it's time to pay a visit.

OK . . . Where's my chocolate?
They have a channel on YouTube and if not mistaken under their playlist they list their Older stuff under CGCookie Classics

Top 5 Blender Youtube Channels in 2019
While looking for some 2.8 tutorials I stumbled on that short video which I think is a good starting point to getting into the Blender community. Those 5 channels ranking is based on activity and interest for the user on a tutorial point of vue. The ranking is as follow:
And according to users comments the following ones are also worth visiting:
Of course this is only a personnal point of vue from the author. Thought it might be of interest for other beginners like me. Feel free to complete the list or comment on these channels.
