Has anyone gathered and backed up the tutorials for the DCG plugins that have been made open source?

Hey folks,

So with the code up in github, that might be a good place to publish those. If I get some free time, I can probably export to PDF and dump there, or if someone gets to it earlier, branches, and adds a pull request. There's also a wiki available, but haven't explored the permissions there.
