Before I used credit in my order I built up in my rewards I have more than $20 credit unused I used $10 and I used April discount with order. I placed the order, when went to down load the order I did not notice the order was rejected because some thing wrong on my credit card. So I reenter the order I lost my $10 credit from my rewards because renderosity think it is a second order. So the renderosity staff saying I have ownly have $10 in credit in my rewards when I placed the order please help me to get back the missing $10 credit form my rewards
