Nice find Laurie!! I clicked a few of the links at GitHub, and actually found an earlier version I can use in 2.79.

OK . . . Where's my chocolate?
I've been using this addon for a while now. It comes in handy for making quick work of things like wires and cables. The only downside is that there is no option to weld the tubes to existing geometry so as to create a manifold object for subdivision purposes. I really wish this type of functionality were incorporated into the Bridge Edge Loops tool. It would be incredibly useful to have spline-like control over the shape and curvature of the topology when bridging between two non-uniform faces. Thanks for the link, Laurie!
