I received a mail, that I am a winner of the 2020 November Calendar Contest but I did not unterstand what I have to do now to get my prizes ("please sitemail CHMedia direct links to ...") what does that mean?

I don't know if you got this sorted out. Sitemail is like an email. You click on your user name at the top right of the screen and select 'Sitemail'.

Then on the screen that appears, click on 'Compose' and you can then write and send a sitemail like you would an email.
