Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 7:57 am)
Ok I just used the dson loader to try and import. This might work, fingers crossed.

Any character morph package that is loaded into DazStudio will import with the figure into Poser. The problem that arises is that you will have a bloated figure with unnecessary morphs. I have read some time ago that relocating the morphs to an unlinked runtime will minimize that impact and you can save your figure back into the Poser runtime with the morphs you want.
yes. that method seems to work. I'm having trouble retexturing the figure once it is in poser. There's a mec 4 UV swapper but i don't know - i can hardly seem to change a texture on the figure in poser.

I have an M6 in my poser runtime, prior to my last morph pack buy. so i want to update him. but he has a a propper promo image, so i didnt't use the file export from DS method. i must have used the poser CF method to get him into my runtime last time. however if i try to do create a poser companion file out of him this time, i get an error message...
