I have both Poser Pro 11 and 2014/Game Dev .I have updated Poser Pro 11.2 but where is the download link for 2014.Game? I put my serial number in and supplied all relevant information. it opened OK! I put the game dev serial numbers into the Poser Pro 11 download site and got all the updated and legacy content but I still do not have a link to actually update Poser Pro 2014.Dev! Cheers

Poser Pro Game Dev should be updated to Poser 11.2, because Game Dev uses the Smith Micro activation which will no longer work.

The REGULAR version of Poser Pro 2014 will work, because it didn't require activation. However, Game Dev was the first version that used the activation server to validate Poser.

Every qualifying version is updated to 11.2, there will be no direct update for Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev.

I'm pretty sure the Poser 11.2 update is also for Game Dev, If I'm not mistaken, the update for Game Dev will turn it into Poser 11.2

It does not update automatically.My Poser Pro 2014/Game Dev still sits on Version 10.0.5.28925. I am still confused. I have downloaded and Install Poser Pro 11.2 272 today and Game has not updated! Cheers

You have 2 different versions installed on your computer but only one will be updated. If both were updated then you would have 2 Poser 11.2 programs, not one entitled Poser 11.2 and the other Poser 11.2 Game Dev.

hborre is correct. All Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev users and anyone with a Poser 11 or Poser Pro 11 key were able to update to Poser 11.2. We are only doing the one version. Game Dev now becomes Poser 11.2 as well.

OK.So if I want to keep and use Poser Pro 2014 do I have to roll back my licensing of Poser Pro Game Dev to 2014? I understand if you want to use DSON and Genesis and Genesis 2 figures in Poser,Pro 2014 is required as DAZ's DIM needs it for it to work ! Cheers

Arrow I don't know about DIM having problems with Poser 11, but all you have to do is copy your python files from the poser 2014 main runtime, not the content runtime, making sure not to overwrite any existing files. This is how I always transfer my python scripts and have had no trouble. DSON importer works for genesis 2 in my poser 11.2, although I had to go and check since I never use it.

And even if you could rollback to Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev, it may not work because the SM licensing servers will be permanently offline. Game Dev needs to phone home to work.

Only the GameDev version. If arrow1 rolls back to PoserPro 2014 (NO GameDev), it will work without the phoning home thing.
