Subject: Should I upgrade or uninstall old version & then load new version?

Just wondering which is the best scenario. Should I:

  • Backup my Prefs, Favs, etc.
  • Uninstall the old version of Poser Pro
  • Then install the new version of Poser Pro 11.2

--- or ---

Should I just use the upgrade option?

What are the Pros & Cons to either approach?

I just bashed ahead with existing preferences, existing Other Location for Content, and installed over my existing Poser folder. No trouble.

Good to know. I've gotta take care of this tonight. My "Early Adopter" version of the app had been running in Trial mode, and it expires tomorrow. So I need to finally get off my butt and install this so I can get some work done.
