Subject: Poser 11 Activation problem two years after purchase! Help!

I'm having some strange problem with Poser 11. I bought the upgrade on Renderosity in 2017 and have been using it just about every day ever since. Suddenly tonight, I got a strange message that says: "Maximum number of activations for this license have been exceeded. When I try to put my serial numbers in, it won't accept them and says: "The grace period for activating this product has expired. This application will now revert to registered status...." In short, it won't let me use Poser now.

This is absolutely crazy! Now I can't use Poser 11. What do I do?

Are we supposed to use our previous serial number?

Nevermind. Everything is working fine after the new install. I'm very happy with the upgrade.
