Subject: Is it just me or connecting to "amazonaws.com" not posssible ATM?

Seems folks in Europe not having this problem, but I (living in NYC) am not able to view images or download previously purchased items.

I just checked the gallery, and I have the same problem, all the images are gone.

It's not just the gallery, it's the store and it has also affected the previous purchases download ability. I was going to purchase something, but thought better of it, since there might be some problems with the purchase process...

Hi and here's the easy solution! :)

I had the very same problem all day yesterday... after unsuccessful dozen of calls with technical support of my provider.. I recalled the old dialup days.. when they were giving us their DNS.. just couldn't recall where to find that setting!

I searched on YouTube and found the solution for windows 7 (below).. I'm sure if you search google for " How to Change DNS serve" you'll find the appropriate video for your own system... solution takes less than 2 minutes in Control Panel and just a simple restart! :)

I had this issue yesterday as well, though it eventually settled down.

Thanks for the link Rena, because those instructions just fixed another issue I was having with links in the Renderosity newsletters. 😁.
