Subject: What is the version number????

This is driving me nuts. I've never had to go through so much just to ask for a permanent license.

What is the version number? I thought that was 11.2...?

Mine is saying 11.2.307, That's the version that was uploaded on 10/11.

Submitting a ticket is bullshit. I can't get the captcha crap to show up. When I can, it erases most of what I already typed in. There has to be a better way to get a permanent license. I am at sea too much.

I have been TRYING to submit a ticket. NOTHING happens. I keep having to enter information because the CAPTCHA thing isn't showing up. It's showing up as a broken link. I can't get past that. Submitting a ticket is NOT happening for me. AT ALL.

At least SM had the portal. You log in, change your license to permanent, and you are done. This is just an exercise in futility that is going to make me run to Blender. I can see that coming already.

Do you still have poser 11.1 or at least the Installer to make a roll back? If you do then you still can activate it Manually and Officially with SM . this might offer you some time until you get it solved or on a place with a good Internet connection.

Mine is 11.2.296 as well, though I downloaded the Oct. 11th upgrade, I haven't had a chance to install it yet, so don't know what that version number is.

I am accessing this site and others on my ship's internet. It's slow and there are a lot of things I can't do: upload/download software or patches or updates is the biggest one. The bandwidth is very limited.

And I don't know when I will be in port again. We left suddenly without much warning this morning. We were supposed to be there a couple more days...

Here's another email address you can try for Renderosity if Jenn does't answer. In my opinion, this address or customer support should be at the top of every forum page. No one should have to go looking for it.

It's not just the bandwidth that's the issue. We are getting our internet through a satellite, and it's originating in San Diego or Norfolk. But it's the fact that these are government computers and we are limited as to what we can and cannot do with them. Such as download a patch for an unapproved software. I will be out here about 3 weeks before I even get a glimpse of shore...

I responded to your email. The problem here is if you haven't updated to the new release/update then I can't set the extended activation for you.

@Gate..and NO downgrading back to the SM version will not work. Those servers are gone. No longer working. So all previous versions of Poser 11, Poser Pro 11 and Poser Pro 2014 (Game Dev version only) will no longer work. IF someone had an extended/permanent activation previously it will continue to work until that expires. I cannot extend any license/serial that is not on the installed 11.2 Bondware version. ๐Ÿ˜ž

@rokket...check your sitemail i responded there. If you are not able to download the update which is over 1.2 gigs, then I will not be able to do anything until that is done.I'm sorry.

I just tested it again and it sure works without any issues , sure the online server is down but the manual activation is still working fine . you need to make a activation request offline then send the Txt to SM you immediately will receive the activation certificate .... you guys naturally removed the manual activation on 11.2 , thos who have purchased version 11 at SM still have the option to manually activate . sure the 11.2 will not work it is just for the ones who want to keep there 11.1 running . you just will have to repeat this step every 180 days and may be block the call home server .

It is very sad that Bondware is setting such limits especially for the ones who have limited Internet access as such a file is very small and you can even use your cellphone to get the certificate txt

I have the Bondware version of Poser Pro 11.2 But I have an early build number, not the latest and greatest. If I have to have that, I will have to wait until I get back in port in two weeks to download it.
