Subject: Prime mebership issue

I am a prime member but I am not receiving the prime discount on products labeled as prime.

Any chance your subscription expired and you didn't notice?

An easy and fast way to check that out is to try and get into the PRIME members forum. If you can't then the account has expired.

If it's another problem I'm sure that it will be taken care of as soon as the weekend is over! :)

Go to your account and at the top menu you will notice at the end Prime.. if you click on it you will see full info of your Prime Membership Status including expiration date.

Your membership expired on July 19th of this year. 😄
