Subject: Refund Wanted

Hello,

I purchased the Nitaka Atlantis, Cygnus IV and LamdaStarsweep. I thought these were made for Poser. The doors don't work and though an open and closed door version of the Lamda Starsweeo is provided, The body is a shell. A shell which makes using any cameras almost impossible. I can't hide any part of the auto without hiding all of the auto. It simply isn't optimized in any way shape or form for Poser other than it is an OBJ. The Atlantis is NOT a poser Prop. It's an OBJ that the textures provided aren't optimized for use in Poser. Forget that it imports so large that I have to reduce the size over 99 percent. The Cygnus is also problematic as I can't turn it into a convertible LIKE THE PROMO PICS show. I didn't know that it required software that costs over 3000 dollars to get emulate what is seen in the promo pics (3DS MAX). At least with my level of expertise. When a model states a version of Poser is needed to use said model, I expect more. I expect to be able to emulate what is shown.

I would like a refund for all three items bought from Kanaa.

The last thing I bought, an M4 Morph works properly and I would like to keep that. My records show that I'm not a buy and return type of consumer. I sometimes buy and store it for use later. I can't ever use Kanaa's offerings as much I would like to. Moving forward, as matter of quality and full knowledge, if a model doesn't having working doors or is unable to hide a wall, I would find that a lack of quality with respect to functionality.

To summarize, I would like a like a refund of the three items I bought from Kanaa in Purchase Order # 113441902

Thank you for your time. Robin Warren aka quietrob

Hi,

We cannot give a refund without the vendor’s consent. You will need to sitemail them and explain the reason for wanting the refund. They can deny or approve it. Tell them to let store@renderosity.com know if they approve it.

Thank you for your quick reply. A sitemail to Kanaa has been sent.

Question. Does a store credit work the same way?

Yes.

Thank you for your help, Brit! The matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. I found Kanaa to be kind and gracious. Kanaa is the type of content creator that I would find it a joy to help support.
