what your other hobbies?

In the warmer months, i like photography. On weekends I go to the local animal sanctuaries and zoos and feed the ninos.

i made a createspace book of my photography.

I too am also a photographer (I use a nikon d90 kit with a few lenses and other accessories) sadly due to my illness (a condition called SUNCT) I haven't been able to get out for a while. So as well as your 3d, I also sit at my drawing table and create coloured pencil paintings then to have a total break from the art side for even just a few hours I turn to my piano and disappear into the world of classical and modern romance pieces (as piano instrumentals) played solo with backing tracks that I create in Flstudio. And all of this because I am not allowed to work for a living due to epilepsy. But at least I get to do the things I love (including walking the dog ?).

My biggest problem: too many hobbies. CG and illustration/animation, obviously, but genuine drawing and watercolor painting. Lounge-style piano playing. Teaching people to fly - upside down. Various sports things.

I've been a rock drummer for... well, this is my fortieth year. I've been a stone mason for over thirty years and I'm not really supposed to do that anymore but my body has a hard time allowing me to quit it entirely. So my singer and his wife have me doing special custom stone projects anytime I feel the urge, which is nice.

Carrara has been my main hobby, but I've had a hard time getting to it for a few years now. Feels good to be back.

Built a new Ryzen Carrara machine and, this time around I hit things a little differently.

Carrara 8.5 was developed around Genesis 1, so that's where I began this newly rejuvenated start (I never actually 'left', but was in slo-motion for years!) with a new Genesis 1 hero made up of Genesis 2 Female shapes and with many generation 4 expression and living morphs, all thanks to Genesis Generation X2.

Being limited on computer time, I chose to try and just stick with what's compatible for the most part.

Making my new site helps me keep on-task a bit, but is also already starting to become fun to look back at how much things have changed in my workflow since I started the site in June or July. It's a great new place for me to store links to instructional and inspirational videos and my own writings and videos, which is a great outlet during those Batch Queue animated render sessions - though most of that is set up for before I sleep, wake up and go to work sort of thing. Works well.

I have a friend who is an old Aerobatic Pilot. He promises to make me sick one day, and I can't wait!

I travel the US by trains, buses, and cars - except with Covid raging, now I don't. I also go to sporting events in these various places.
