Subject: How do I get Downloads in Poser Library back?

By mistake I erased the section in my Poser Library for Downloads and I don't know how to get it back. What should I do?

Now I got the Downloads put back into my Poser Library, but I can't put anything in it. What do I have to do next to make this part of the program work right?
