It happened again. On the day I got my backup hard drive...My Poser Drive crashed. I lost everything and they want thousands to recover it for me.

But you know what? One thing about paying for your content at Rendo...you can download all over again. Things from vendors who just flat out refuse to help in any way can be a bother. But what it's even harder is what do you when the Vendor or creator is unreachable? In this case, you reach out to the community.

I am looking for Headkase's Sensible Shoe and bossy boot archives. I need them for V4, K4, A3 and Sadie following a hard drive crash so I can continue working on my projects. Please help. Either PM me or Email me. Those who know Headkase, also know he/she didn't mind the redistribution as long as a profit wasn't made by those who used his work on something called Second Life, made a profit and gave him nothing in return. So Headkase went Fountainhead on them but did allow some redistribution. I'm not about a Second Life. I'm still not done with this one. That is definitely not me. Hopefully enough people here know that.

Second Life used to be a popular Virtual Reality "Game" or online world back in the late 90's and early 2000's IIRC. It's popularity has since gone the way of MySpace.

I think it was 2016 when HeadKase shut down their space on ShareCG. They were SOOOOO ticked off. It was Howard Rourke and the Fountainhead all over again. They didn't shut their account however, just removed the shoes. You didn't pick them up did you? They were freebies and she's allowed the redistribution as long as it's members of the community and not that Second Life cult.

I thought that I had read about it on Renderosity and there was a memorial page for her. I must be dreaming then.

I did check for a memorial page online but found nothing. We've lost too many of our own, my friend. I know I have. Still, let's be thankful for the good things we've got! (SMACKS SAM THERAPY UPSIDE THE HEAD) See? It's the little things that make life special.

@quietrob, fortunately, I did manage to acquire Headkase's Bossy Boots 2.0 for V4 apparently back in 2010, from the readme datestamp, but I would be interested in the Sensible Shoes for V4, too. Here's my take on Bossy Boots in the snow:
