Welcome to the Poser Forums! Need help with these versions, advice on upgrading? Etc...you've arrived at the right place!

Ok...so I failed. I feel that maybe I'm doing things in the right order. At risk of typing a text wall, here's my set-up and questions:
Setup: New Mac Pro. 4T external drive. On that external drive I created a folder called Poser. Inside Poser I created a Michael 4 folder with a Runtime subfolder. I then "manually" downloaded all the files, unpacked them, then copied and merged the package's Runtime folder with the one in the Michael 4 folder. I ran Poser, clicked the +Library button, pointed it at Michael 4 folder on the external drive. Poser seemed to find it just fine. I can click Figure, find Michael 4, click the double-check and add him to the scene (then it defaults to having his HIP be the default target...?). I can add clothes, etc.
So Poser seems to work and seems to find the stuff in my external Runtime.
I looked in the directory and found the DzCreateExPFiles-M4.bat file. It didn't run...but that's because I'm on a Mac, I think. A .command version exists and when I double click that it seems to run. So that's a thing. I've tried various sequences, but nothing's working... Do I run the Script in Finder, then start Poser? Do I start Poser load Michael, go out to Finder and run the script and it hits the guy I have loaded? Do I run Poser, load Micheal and there's a menu/button somewhere in the Poser interface itself that I use?
What's my sequence of steps?
The correct sequence is to run the script prior to opening Poser. You will not, and should not, see anything happen other than the script run. This should be a one-time event as an initial set-up, however, every time you load a new morph package, you must re-run the script. Open Poser, load Michael 4 into your scene, then go the folder containing your morph package(s) and either drag and drop or double click the morph to load into Michael 4 making sure the figure is selected. Your morphs will appear in the parameters/properties panel and all you need to do is dial-up/down the morph for Michael to physically change. The purpose of the script is to generate additional channels for all the morphs to load correctly and work.
Yep, you're good. Everything is exactly where it should be. And even on a separate drive, the script should have initialized the figure. How did you install your files? If I'm not mistaken, using DAZ DIM (DAZ Install Manager) to install those files automatically initializes them. The image below shows exactly what you should see when you inject your morphs into Michael 4. This is just to make sure we are on the same page.
The problem is that the "DzCreateExPFiles.app" is 32 bit and Apple has discontinued support for 32bit software. If you are running Catalina or later, you appear to be out of luck unless DAZ updates their app. You can tell from your screen shot because the app icon has a circle with a line through it superimposed on the icon.

i just re-bought Poser (11) on my Mac and started downloading content and testing/learning. I'm having a problem, it seems, with injections.
I have Michael 4 Base (the goober with the tighty-blackie shorts because....?). And I have the INJ Base M4 Morph/Injection and the Morphs++ set. I watched a video on how to use them. It said to select Michael 4 / Body, and use the INJ Base M4 first. Then it says that in the Parameters panel for the body would be the INJection Channels with the new morph dials.....but there's nothing new there. Then I try the Morph++ that I want and even more nothing shows up.
What am I missing?
Thanks!
