Subject: Is there any way to quickly zoom using the forward back mini control?

I mean is there a key I can hold while zooming forward / back and increase the zoom speed? I did see where I can use the scale knob to quickly do it but that is not what I'm looking for.

Spacebar to Pan then hold the ctrl key at the same time to zoom and move yr mouse

Edit > Preferences > Interface, Check "Scroll to Zoom", When the document window is focused the scroll wheel will zoom the scene,
