For anyone who's interested, my latest freebie, a model of the Chateau de Saumur, is in the Freestuff now. This ancient castle is famous for its artistic depiction in a 13th century book of hours, and has a unique colour scheme of white stone walls and blue slate tiles. The model was made in Hexagon and textured natively in Vue 10 (it's not UV-mapped). The download consists of a .vob that contains the whole castle, and four others that contain one side of it each - these are there in case anyone wants to use the parts separately or has trouble loading it all at once. The textures are derived from original photos of the castle and the quality is a bit mixed, but they are fine unless you try extreme close-ups. Any problems with the model or if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
