So there's this bug I sometimes get in Poser 11 where for some unknown reason I can no longer select objects or figures in my workspace and the main camera shows up in the parameters pallet. Even if I use the parameters pallet to select my figure, no customization options show up in the custom parameter pane and I am unable to work on the project anymore (I have to scrap it and start all over again). Can anyone explain why this happens or how I can possibly fix it?

Sometimes, when I'm reindexing my library, I have to wait for it to finish before I can select anything. Just when I think it's done, it starts up again (I think just to trick me!). I doubt this is your problem, but if it is, it's normal, I guess.

You can disable indexing refresh on launch in your General Preferences under the Library Tab. This will prevent it from going into lengthy indexing if you have an extensive Library.

This is the exact same thing that happens to me and I also have a mac. Could this be an issue that poser has with mac?

I'm on Mac. but with 11.3 and don't have this problem.
