Subject: Poser 11 Pro Update Doesn't Work

I have tried several times to update Poser 11 and when I have to select the place to update the content files I first tried to install them on my external runtime drive since I have limited hard drive space. That didn't work. I tried selecting the hard drive and received the same message. I keep getting a vague message that says "The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another."

I am selecting an existing drive that is connected and working just fine. I don't even know what a UNC is so I'm assuming I don't have one. Attached is a photo of the error. I don't think there was an option to skip updating the content files. It always ends there with the error. IMG_20200821_214710947.jpg

It may be best to submit a support ticket for this issue HERE and please use 11 for the version number without any .3 😄
