Poser Python Scripting F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 05 6:41 am)
Pz3 files are Scene files, and they contain everything saved in a Scene you're working on, so those parameters wouldn't necessarily be listed in a Prop, Light, Character or Pose file. I never got into the Keys in Poser files, so have no clue how you would edit them. I would think those Keys might change if you change settings of whatever objects are in the Scene.
Hopefully Structure will come back here and have a better answer for you once he knows it's a Scene file you're looking at.

SORRY - THIS FORUM TOTALLY SCREWED UP THE CUT-AND-PASTED EXTRACT- I'll repost in a moment
The 3Dcheapskate* occasionally posts sensible stuff. Usually by accident.
And it usually uses Poser 11, with units set to inches. Except when it's using Poser 6 or PP2014, or when its units are set to PNU.
*also available in ShareCG, DAZ, and HiveWire3D flavours (the DeviantArt and CGBytes flavour have been discontinued).

Thank you, as I've never known what the individual Keys were for, especially since I don't do animation, and never open a Scene file to check such information.

For many years (I think at least from 2007 to 2015, maybe longer) Robert Templeton (Kuroyume) had a CG website called Kuroyume's Development Zone. Thare was a section called "The Unofficial Poser CR2 File Spec". At some point that section was converted to a downloadable PDF document - the copy I have appears to be from 2014.
However, some time between 2015 and 2018 the website vanished for good, and I've been unable to find the document anywhere else online.
The Wayback Machine may have snapshots of the site, but I can't remember the exact URL. I tried a few obvious ones but they didn't work.
I'm happy to send you a copy - I'm fairly certain there are no copyright restrictions. Just send me a PM

Just found the correct URL. The Wayback Machine appears to have lots of snapshots

I can access snapshots of the HTML versions of the document pages on Wayback Machine using the menu option shown above. But not the PDF.

Was able to find a working link for the pdf on this archive of the site. Web Archive of Kuroyme's Development Zone
Do as it says and right click and save as on the "here" link.

Well, even if you hadn't that was the only link I found that still actually worked, the link to it from the rest of the archived pages I tried just downloaded a corrupt file.
