Subject: Subdivision in poser 12

So my main question is, with subdivision is it possible to get more control over the wire frame when using the morph tool so as to get better and higher-quality morphs

sure but the morph brush runs REAL slow when you subdivide a mesh.

The recommendation from others is don't subdivide when using the morph brush. As ghostship2 posted, speed will be tremendously impacted. Adjust the brush sensitivity for better control.

That's not really an issue for me I am very familiar with the morph brushes and tools in the morph room what I want to be able to do is create higher quality morph targets for the figures I already have I'm not bothered about how long it takes or the speed in which I can create them

I have created many morphs in Poser that use multiple layers of subdivision. Doing so in hidden line view with nothing else showing in the scene works best for me. I also do numerical file saves, incase something gets odd with the morph. I can do just about everything I need with 2 levels, but sometimes use 3 or more depending on the detail needed and the mesh topology at that spot.
