Your rewards purchase could not be completed. You do not have enough active points

can my rewards be reinstated? I tried to use $10 but the system refused. I canceled my purchase without paying. I am going to put the item back in my cart to purchase together with another product to see if it will allow it. it did remove the $10 from my balance. I want to make my purchase before the 50% off expires. thanks very much .

I tried to put this request into the rewards forum, but it was not accepted

Nov 28th Gift Certificate - $10 -1000

I did make a purchase of 2 items using $5 reward credit

If you did not complete the purchase the gift certificate should be in your account/gift certs area.

Maybe I am not understanding your issue? let me know. 😄
