Can I please get a reset on my downloads?

Thank you! Now if I can just get PP 11 to work, or Poser 12 for that matter. Both give me an error message that reads as follows " unable to connect to licensing ser, you must be connected to the internet to use Poser" I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, re-downloading and fresh install, nothing has worked. I am including a screenshot of the messageScreenshot 2020-12-09 012030.png

Is the machine that you are using for Poser have an active internet connection?
