Because poser doesn't actually delete the renders for your current session. You have to either delete them yourself fromc:/Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Poser Pro/11/RenderCache
after closing poser, or delete previous renders your next session.

Consider me insane if you wish, but is your reality any better?
I always delete them before logging off my computer every day.
I would assume, though don't know for sure, that having the Render Cache with P11 is so folks can go back and get one or more of the renders if they were working on another one which got lost owing to a crash.

How come deleted renders come back whenever I open Poser 11?
