Hexagon from DAZ or Wings 3D free on-line.
Blender is also free, but it's not simple. Any of them will let you export an *.obj that Poser is happy to read!

That is not a simple shape. But there should now be enough hi-res photos of any one stone at Stonehenge, to be able to use software that automatically creates a 3D mesh from a small set of photos showing the object from different angles. Then uses the photos to texture it. Autodesk ReMake seems to be the #1 software for that, and apparently it has a free student version.

Excellent thank you will look into these.

It seems my information was a little out of date. ReMake was discontinued early in 2018, and they went to a subscription Autodesk ReCap Pro — which included ReMake within it as the 'Remake Photo' module. But there may well be open source "2D photos to mesh" software that can replace it. Even then it might struggle with all the facets and fine-detail of such a venerable old stone.

Indeed (fine-detail of such a venerable old stone). As a thought what about those Primitives in Poser 11 could one stretch these in some way?

Is it necessary to be exactly this stone? There are enough free to use stones to be found online in obj format. In turbosquid, for example.

saibabameuk ( ) posted Fri, 16 October 2020 at 5:06 PM

Thank you artdreamer the stone is part of a wider Sarson Stone spelling might not be correct, they represent the Indigenous British they have a mystery to them, my idea is to build them into an animation.Screen Shot 2020-10-16 at 09.45.53.png but will look at turbosquid. Thank you.

That will be a nice animation ...

There are also rocks in Poser itself and although I am not very familiar with them, I think you can use: Object 'create magnet' or Object 'create wave' to deform these stones and export them as new obj. Succes. These stones are from turbosquid. stenen.png
