I've upgraded recently from 11 to Poser 12 and instantly came across one major bug. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the following problem (on Windows 10):

The mouse cursor changes when moving across elements of the menu, between the default Windows cursor and whatever cursor Poser uses on elements, for example the hand cursor to move elements of the UI, or to resize them. When standing still with the cursor you see the correct icon. But while you move, it constantly flickers between the default cursor and the other one.

This is especially annoying when you change your Editing Tools to Rotate or Translate for example, the mouse cursor changes it's symbol when going into the preview window. When you move the cursor across the preview window, it flickers between the normal Windows cursor and the cursor from the selected Editing Tool constantly.

Sadly this makes the software almost unusable, as this constant flickering is super annoying.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? And what would be the best way to contact Poser Support for bug reports? (not license issues)

It might be random. Just the same if others are experiencing the same issue, the techs might look into it. I haven't seen problems with my systems.

I have the same problem on my system. But this problem does not exist only since the current version. My system: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 - 16 GByte

I'm in contact with support now, and apparently there has been at least one other prior report on this as well.

If a solution comes up I'll post it here.

Update on the issue from my side.

I've now upgraded to the latest version version 12.0.427 (Windows) as well as Nvidia drivers 461.72.

The cursor flickering is now gone within the preview window, moving the mouse across it the mouse icon now remains properly as the selected tool icon.

It does still flicker while moving the mouse across any of the docked windows title bar (where you could click to drag&move the window to a new position).
