I hear the DAZ content called Voss hair is compatible with Poser which contains some sort of Poser file.

Nope. Voss Hair for Genesis 3 & 8 only has one installer and that is compatible with DS only. However, it can be ported over with the help of the Genesis 3 Poser Updater. You will need to have DAZStudio installed though.
