Subject: Victoria 4 to Victoria 8.1 custom face morph transfer...

Is there a 3D modeller who would commission for custom facial morph conversions from Victoria4 to Genesis 8.1 (both Poser and Daz Studios files)... I've got two such custom faces needed to transfer to the newest Victoria... If interested and available can you let me know the cost and I can send you the V4 poser files to work from... thanks

You might be best served to post this in the Poser forum. I'm not familiar with the software but I don't think this would require a general modeling specialist. Probably better to get someone with a lot of experience with either Daz or Poser software?

I could move this into the Poser forum for you if you wish.

No problem. Are you working with Daz or Poser software for this?

Head Shop would do that for you. Use a quarter turned image of V4 as the input and Genesis 8 as target figure. The program generates a morph. You can just ignore the material it creates. The program also adds if you wish an extremely nice smile morph to the target. I usually tweak the morph that Head Shop creates and spawn a new full body morph. I got mine (for Mac) at DAZ.

Would that process result in a morph target that could be applied to Victoria 8 (Poser and Daz)?

I'll have to try out Head Shop.., This is how you generally get your custom V4 faces into Gen 8?

Yes, you will get a morph in daz studio. however remember v4 has more polygons so more detail, not every detail will carry over.

I have no use for Genesis 8. Headshop creates morphs for G2, G3, and G8. I use it only for G2. Here is a thread I did showing you can convert any character to the Genesis line. Headshop Musings.
