I am getting this when I try to download files I just bought. I got 2 files earlier in the day and they worked. Never seen this issue before.

Try refreshing the browser page and clicking the download button again. If that doesn't work let me know please.

Tried again with 2 different browsers. Same error. I even contacted Ilona to see if I can get these files somehow.

Ok. Give that another try? I downloaded the files and reuploaded. Sometimes we have to kick the system.
