Yes, you can have both. I recommend it, since Poser 11 scripts (EZSkin, etc.) don't work with Poser 12. Most of us who upgraded are running both versions. You can even run both at the same time. (Don't try to render while doing that, though.)

I use both together all the time, going as far as having Poser11 rendering something using my CPU while Poser12 renders something else using my GPU at the same time :)
They play together very well.

Hi,
I'm thinking about upgrading to P12 but I still need P11.3 (for PoserFusion). Can you have both on the same machine or is it one or the other?
