I ordered the Afrodite-Ohki Bruno for L'Homme and read the instructions to say that I would get a random item as bonus. So I purchased Bruno and All the Boys 1- Face Morphs for L'Homme. After I purchased I realized that I didn't get a bonus model. Then I looked back at the Bruno model page and it indicated that All the Boys 1 - Face Morphs (instead of a random model) would be the bonus. Is it possible to get a credit for the amount I paid for All the Boys since it was supposed to be free with purchase? Thank you.

I do not see those items on this order number. If you could double check the order number, I would be happy to give you a credit for that item. 😄
