Hi, sorry to bother with this, but today, the grab bag item I purchased along with another item (for 4.47) will somehow not resolve itself into a ‚real‘ free item, see screenshot. I‘ve had two other grab bags with other purchases before, and they both worked fine. Is something the matter with this purchase, or should I just wait a little? - Oh, and yes I‘m aware that the purchased item is for Poser but the grab bag for DAZ, that‘s because the Poser version of the item was on sale and I can use it just as well as the DAZ version.BDRrebvanA2OKyqeck0J31E1eotHXCPBEPebCKj7.png

That should all be fixed now. Please check the order you placed the Grab Bag item in...you should see an additional item in there for you now. Sorry for the trouble! I hope you had a good holiday!
