Could be Pagen on the Daz store?

Honestly, the creators of assets should be required to list the other assets/figures they use in their promos, even if they aren't available anymore. It's dumb that people have to ask on forums, and it's even worse that the creators themselves refuse to respond to any questions relating to it. 

I don't think Pagen is the answer. The tattoos on the emo doll outfit character don't match the tattoos on Pagen. They both have a similar look, but there are lots of tattooed goth girls here and in other stores. If someone actually identifies a mystery character, that's a plus.

I wouldn't blame the asset creators, either. They may not even know. They don't always make their own promo images, and it's not always possible to list everything used. Characters may come from other sites. Characters are often dial-tweaked, mixed-and-matched for head, body, eyes, skin, etc. The characters could be custom-made and not for sale!

That's not very helpful, but I think it's true.
