Hi, this is my 2nd request as this orders free item has not been received...

I purchased 2 items and the Poser item Halloween Grab Bag continue to be the only ones showing in this purchase.

My Original statement was sent Sunday in another posting that claims to have been resolved.

Please look into and advise, thanks.

Hello.

It is always best to start a new thread so that we are sure to see it. Once another thread has been resolved we sometimes do not review that again.

Please send an email to store with the order number/numbers and I will respond to you there to keep the order information off a public forum. 😄
