I usually pay with paypal but today they want verification via phone text. I don't have a cell phone so that's a no go. So I decided to try my credit card stored on my browser and get this message: There was a problem processing your card. Exception Caught: '126', which means: 'Under review by Fraud Service'. Please check your credit card information and try again.
