I'm using Poser Pro 11.3.818 and I want to scale down 50% the War Dog Shirt for M4 (Hiro Toon 4) character. There is no dial for the body or the chest to scale down to 50%. How do I create a dial to make it work. I am scaling down the character and accessories to accommodate the Movie Blocks 15, it's easier to work with at that scale.

just to the left of the properties tab, on the same pallet, is an arrow that points sideways. On your image, it looks like it's pointing at your search bar. Click on that arrow and then on show hidden parameters. The scale dials should show up.

If this shirt is conforming and made for that figure, you can also select the body of the shirt, click on the properties tab and check the include scales box so that it keeps size with your figure and you don't have to do it manually.
