This product was in queue when the sale was set and the vendor hasn't requested to be included in their sale. It's a new item and the vendors have that right.. so the price IS right! :)

Of course the vendor has every right to price his items however he like, but maybe you shouldn't show this item explicit in the Topseller's Bargain Bin then ? :)
