I'm brand new to Prime (like a couple hours ago) and trying to DL an asset I purchased. Because of my sporadic Internet, it's dropped a couple of times and now I cannot download it any more due to "download limits." 

First... why weren't download limits made a little more clear to begin with? I'm not sure I would have bought Prime had I known.

Second, can you/I somehow reset the DL limit on one of the zips that won't DL now? It's AmelieForG8xF_05_282744.zip. The other parts of the multi-part zip file downloaded already.

I am trying to find out where to ask to ask for downloads to be reset.
