I am sorry this time I really need to vent my severe disappointment with a BOGO sale!  My "freebie" is a texture set for an expensive item from a different merchant.  There is no way I am going to spend another $15 on a skimpy bra that I have no use for!  Kaleya has great stand-alone products, so why did this one have to be textures for someone else's product??  I really feel like returning the whole thing right now.

I just noticed that texture set is not even by Kaleya but by Valkyrie... is that a glitch?

Hello.

I see the add-on you are referring to listed on the BOGO article as one of the possible free items. So that is not a mistake. Please send an email to store@renderosity.com with your post above, and I will speak with the vendor to see what are our possible resolutions to this issue. 😄

I was hit by this as well, and sent an email to store@renderosity.com. I trust that this is a genuine mistake and not a kind of "bait and switch"...

Hello,

this was an honest anagram mistake at the last couple of digits done when the ID(s) for the bogo gifts were submitted.

Valkyrie's product ID is 140234.. kaleya's correct ID is 140243.

We apologize for the mistake.. it has been fixed. All who have received Valkyrie's addon as a gift should receive kaleya's dForce Nova for Genesis 8.
