It turns out it IS available on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine; it goes to an error page when one clicks on the arrow, but it also quietly downloads the file....

I would have to dig around my apps if this is an actual script.  There is a possibility that it may not work correctly in P12 Superfly.

Yep, I just checked my Poser Pro 2014, it's a prop.

Problem Solved! It turns out it was a problem with the Atmosphere Volume_Noise setting! Some kind of conflict with the SSS. I turned down the Noise to 0 but had to lower the StepSize to compensate which increased the Rendering time. Still, got rid of the splotchyness.....! Thanks for all the tips and suggestions!
