I just got a notice of an update to Poser 12. I bought Poser 12 as an upgrade from Poser 11 (direct from Renderosity) on about 11/02/2020. I have a license # and Order number in my Purchased Items (not going to put it here, of course). I followed the link to in today's email to download the update. I tried to login with my renderosity info, but I get an error message about credentials, and won't send me password update because it doesn't recognize my email. I've used the same email for over 10 years, so I don't know what to do. Who/what do I contract to get it squared away?
