Subject: invisible hair in mirror

I have a figure in which is looking at a mirror in which the reflection doesn't have its hair shown as pictured below.  I believe P8 is the hair.  Why does that happen?  AMVKUnAeYcf4DoDjltOEU19UqwPnOyJZfcoKL5K6.png

Raytracing is enabled in render settings.  The hair piece properties setting should have visible in Raytracing enabled.

Also note in this example the cone still casts a shadow. That's because "Cast Shadows" is still checked. In your image the hair doesn't appear to be casting shadows either.
