Please take a snapshot of your material shader settings for the iris material, so we can see what the current settings are. Looks likesome adjustment required.
Also, the SSS settings for the hair need to be reduced to avoid the spotty look.
Finally, what type of lighting are you using for your Superfly rendering? Not all Firefly lighting works for Superfly.

sorry its a bit small i had to enlarge it as when i snapshot i get my lower monitor too. anyway now you have pointed me in the right direction and my old brain has kicked it, im thinking the problem is something to do with translucence value?. i turned off all the background as this is for my comicbook and i want to drop my own background behind it.

could someone tell me why i keep getting this white disk over the eyes when i render please? this is done in firefly when i render in superfly it dosenot show but the hair looks wrong.
also how do i stop the hair looking like oil paint?
